Scotland Street School

Scotland Street School was designed by Glasgow’s most celebrated architect, Charles Rennie Mackintosh. It was a functioning school up until 1979. Now a museum, it tells the story of education in Scotland over a hundred years, from the late 19th century to the late 20th century. Scotland Street School Museum is closed on Mondays, open 1000 - 1700 Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday, and 1100 - 1700 Friday and Sunday and closed all day 25 & 26 December, from 12.30 on 31 December, all day 1 & 2 January
