Glasgow Science Centre

Glasgow Science Centre is one of Scotland's must-see visitor attractions - presenting concepts of science and technology in unique and inspiring ways. The centre is home to hundreds of interactive exhibits in the Science Mall, Scotland’s biggest - screen IMAX cinema, a Science Show Theatre, a great cafe and an intriguing shop.

From March 28th 2013 you can visit BodyWorks - an amazing new £2 Million interactive exhibition that explores the science behind human performance, health and well-being in the 21st Century. Taking up all of Floor 3 it lets you play with the exhibits, record your performance and claim the details on your phone, tablet or computer. Other floors are full of fascinating hands on exhibits, plus shows, workshops and experiements you can join in. Plus on Floor 1 there's a 120 seat planetarium - you can travel through space and time from the comfort of your seat!. When the time comes to recharge, theres a quality cafe serving scrumptious hot and cold home-cooked meals.

The centre also houses an IMAX cinema which boasts Scotland’s largest cinema screen and one of Europe’s finest planetaria. The IMAX Cinema shows 2D and 3D films and houses an eye-popping 80 x 60 feet screen.

Entry to Science Mall from 1st April 2014 £10.50 for Adults, £8.50 Child/Concession
