Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £8.51 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time.

As a Car Park Attendant you will have a passion for great customer service and will provide a 5 star customer experience for all visitors to The Helix.

In this post your primary responsibility will be taking payment for parking from our visitors whilst also providing information about The Helix and other areas of interest around Falkirk and beyond. We are looking for individuals who display a positive attitude, are passionate, organised and can successfully work as part of a team. A strong willingness to learn is also critical.

The positions are 20 hours per week on a variable shift pattern which operates across 7 days on a 6 weekly rotation and will include regular weekend working. The rota will be available for viewing at the interview stage.

As employee of Falkirk Community Trust you would be entitled to the following:

• Free gym and leisure facility membership for all Trust facilities
• Generous annual leave entitlement
• Cycle to Work scheme
• Childcare voucher scheme
• Pension
