Boating Attendant (Casual)

Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £8.51 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time.

We are seeking individuals to create an enthusiastic, motivated team to supervise and control the hire of pedalos at The Helix.

Duties will include: meeting and greeting visitors wishing to hire pedalos, as well as cash handling. You will oversee the general safety of users and ensure the area and equipment maintains a high level of cleanliness. Exemplary customer care skills will be essential at all times. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work in a team, together with excellent communication skills.

The working environment will be outdoors, in all weathers.

You will work on an as and when required basis.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
