Hours of Work : TBC (five over seven)

Job Summary:
This is excellent opportunity for an accomplished individual to take charge of The Tall Ship customer experience. This challenging position requires a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a customer focused environment and is experienced with all aspects of a visitor attractions operations. Leadership through management and example will be vital.

Key Tasks:
• Ensure the customer experience is consistent through high standards of customer service, staff training and presentation of the visitor attraction areas.
• Responsible for the day to day operational of the visitor attractions key areas which include a welcoming reception, shop and café, the ability to directly support these departments as needed.
• Manage staff in reception, monitoring and motivating them (monitor team members sales).
• Ensure the health and safety management systems are followed with particular attention to café hygiene and food safety.
• Help develop strategy for the continued improvement of the customer experience by working closely with other departments.
