The National Library of Scotland is one of Scotland’s premier cultural institutions. It contains the nation’s memory: our collections document the influence of Scots at home and abroad across the centuries, while also reflecting the ideas and cultures of the world.

Our premises at the iconic Kelvin Hall in Glasgow’s West End showcases the Moving Image Archive along with providing access to the Library’s extensive digital collections.

As an Access and Events Assistant, you will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of the on-site and offsite access and enquiry service to the users of the Library collections located at the Kelvin Hall. The Access Centre is open Tuesday to Saturday, with our remote enquiries provided Monday to Friday.
