Jupiter Artland is looking for a bright, professional individual with customer service and retail experience to join our Front of House team.

Main duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure members of the public are offered exceptional customer service. To be professional and efficient to all visitors, as the first point of contact for all callers.
• Engage with the visitor to establish the best ticket price for their needs
• To ensure the smooth running of the front desk including checking prepaid visitors and friends of Jupiter.
• To ensure the Shop/Reception area is kept presentable at all times.
• Shop stock replenishing, pricing and labeling.
• Actively selling tickets, items from the shop and actively promoting Events, Courses, Talks, Memberships
• Online shop management, photography, fulfilling orders.
• Assisting with groups bookings.
• Dealing with general enquiries, emails and telephone calls.
• Ensuring computer records and contact lists are kept up to date.
