Job Description

The Partnerships & Creative Development Advisor is a key member of Fife Cultural Trust’s Creative Development Team who work across theTrust and with external partners to deliver memorable experiences for Fifers of all ages.

From project work and creative classes to skills development and national projects there are no two days the same and we can assure you that you will never get the chance to be bored.

Fife Cultural Trust is an ambitious charity whose mission is to Enrich lives in Fife.

You will provide creative administrative support and guidance to the Partnerships & Creative Development team but will be very much involved in what we deliver. You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective ‘first point of customer contact’ with outstanding customer service being the norm. You will have an eye for detail but have creative flair when it comes to using ICT and digital media to support the aims of the team including the design of presentations, posters and reports. Administrative support and research is a core element of this post which includes invoicing, excel spreadsheets and funding applications.

The Individual
You will be a confident and strong team player who is passionate about creativity and will thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have gained recent and relevant experience in a multi-tasking creative office environment. Your experience will include providing support to a project team and teams requiring assistance with research, evaluation and analysis. You will have excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of digital media and ICT that will be relevant to the creative environment you will be working in. Most of all you must be passionate and flexible and love being involved in projects and activities that make a difference to those taking part.
