Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £9.07 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time.

The successful candidate will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1 July 2011.

You will receive a generous benefits package which includes free membership of our health and fitness services.

Falkirk Community Trust seeks to engage a highly-motivated cleaner with excellent customer communication skills at the Helix to fit into our existing team. Your predominant role will be to keep all areas of the Helix pristine for our visitors, which will include outdoor park areas, toilets and buildings. It is essential you have a full driving license to allow you to move around the park in a vehicle. You will assist in ensuring our customers receive a high standard of service and you will be required to provide them with information and guidance.

You will be working outdoors in all weathers and the shift rota will include regular evening and weekend working.

You will work 24.5 hours per week.

Shifts will either be 9am-3pm or 3pm-8.30pm 5 days over 7.

This post is temporary until October 2019 due to seasonal requirements.
