The Enchanted Forest Community Trust are currently looking to contract 2 experienced self-employed Administrators to provide a comprehensive, accurate and high-quality administration service to both our Marketing and Customer Services Manager and HR and Resource Manager to ensure tasks, systems and processes are continually maintained, updated and improved and we are providing excellent customer service to our customers both internally and externally.

Who We are Looking For

You will be a reliable and organised individual with a good eye for detail and ability to manage evolving workloads. You will have an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, great planning and organising skills. Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud-based database systems. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, that can be high pressure during the run-up to and during the event. You will be able to multi-task and prioritise workload with the ability to be able to effectively handle and respond to a high volume of email enquiries both from our customers and our staff. Have demonstratable experience in providing a comprehensive administrative service with the ability to work unsupervised.

There will be peak times that you will be required to work during the months of September and October, therefore, you should be able to increase your workload capacity during these months.
