An amazing opportunity has become available at one of the UK’s leading University Museum & Gallery attractions.
We are currently looking for a Museum & Gallery Supervisor to join our team.

You must be a natural leader who is ambitious, flexible, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills whilst enjoying working as part of a team. The role is varied and you need to be a fast thinker and work well under pressure.

You will be required to support the aims of Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery by ensuring optimum efficiency in the day-to-day running of the Front-of-House services, maintaining and implementing departmental, University and statutory health, safety and security provision, and meeting public expectations for standards of care in a major visitor attraction. You will lead a small team delivering a high standard of customer care, creating a high quality, proactive and friendly service, ensuring visitors have an enjoyable, safe and inspiring experience.
You will work on a rota which includes daytime and weekend working, and you must have a guest focused approach. You will be passionate about our standards and implementing our ways of working, ensuring that the attraction operates within procedure at all times.

We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about guest service, has strong communication skills, has a friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests.
