What you’ll be doing…

The Membership and Adoptions Manager has a key role within the Marketing, Communications and Membership department, leading on all aspects of membership and adoptions, including:

. Recruitment, retention and reactivation, achieving annual targets
. Face to face sales
. Stewardship
. Events
. Data processing and evaluation

What you’ll need…

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role. You will have a thorough understanding of recruitment, retention and reactivation techniques, as well as data processing and evaluation. Experience of face to face sales and events would be beneficial. You will also thrive working in a busy marketing and communications environment, managing and motivating staff, delivering to deadlines and achieving set targets.

This is a full time permanent role where the working hours are 37.5 hours per week, and work will be required out with normal working hours.
