Customer Service Assistant (Catering)

Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £9.07 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for great customer service to join our Waiting Team in the Tearoom and Drawing Room in the 5 star-rated Callendar House.

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the friendly face of our business and will help provide a 5 star experience for all our customers. You will keep our customers coming back because you offer exceptional service.

Are you positive, passionate, organised and an outstanding team player with a willingness to learn? If so, we’d be delighted to meet you.

Bar, catering or waiting experience is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1st July 2011. You will receive a generous benefits package which includes free membership of our health and fitness services.

The successful candidate will undergo a basic level criminal records check via Disclosure Scotland.
