From welcoming thousands of visitors through the admissions gate, to providing tourist information, serving customers in the café or shop and above all, ensuring our visitors have a memorable experience - our Visitor Experience Assistants can enjoy a wide range of fun and exciting responsibilities. Our roles are as varied as our animals, and we’re currently looking for someone to cover both;

. Complete daily visitor feedback surveys as instructed.
. Provide informative and engaging animal tours and talks
. Act as a responsible driver for on-site visitor transport on a rostered basis.
. Ensure tour vehicles are clean and tidy and presented to high standard on a daily basis

This is a part time permanent position where the working hours are 24 hours per week.

An immediate start is desirable and regular weekend working is expected.
