Property Administrator (Letting & Compliance)

We have an opening for an experienced Property Administrator to support our busy Estate Property Team.
The Property Administrator will be responsible for co-ordinating the administration of property lettings, repair and maintenance to ensure a high level of compliance at all times. Administrative support will also cover the Sporting enterprises (fishing, shooting and stalking) at Scone Palace.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, be able to prioritise their workload and work efficiently and confidently in a demanding and busy environment. Flexibility across a number of software packages, with a good, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to work well within a small team is necessary. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, tenants and contractors.
Up to date knowledge of the latest relevant Health & Safety legislation is required and a residential lettings qualification (Propertymark / Letwell / NALS or equivalent) is desirable. Given the nature of the role a valid, full driving licence is essential.
The role is full time and office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
