Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will provide effective oversight and management of all commercial cost centre functions within Cairngorm Mountain including catering, retail, guest services and equipment hire. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that these areas of operation consistently provide a high-quality customer experience and maximise areas of opportunity for increasing revenue. The Operations Manager will also support the interim Chief Executive in the general management of other operational areas including identifying opportunities for achieving operational efficiencies.
The post holder will line manage 4 direct reports.
The Operations Manager will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills and work with the Interim Chief Executive to support the day to day running of operations in the business.
