About the Role: From our stunning roof top bars to our amazing food offering the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager will lead our hospitality team and drive world class customer service by being Diageo’s hospitality expert. This role will be instrumental in creating the world’s most extraordinary and iconic hospitality experiences at Johnnie Walker Princes Street and our Brand Homes throughout Scotland.

You will be responsible for managing our bar team at Johnnie Walker Princes Street, as well as leading the partnership with our catering partner, building strong working relationships with their Site Manager, Head Chefs and kitchen teams to create a world-class hospitality experience for our guests. You will create and develop the growth of F&B and will have overall responsibility for the operational delivery and development of food and beverage products, ensuring offerings deliver high quality and an exceptional customer service, while growing in profitability and consistency. This will involve having a strong insight into market trends and continuously reviewing our products and service offerings to maximize customer experience and profitability.

 You’ll oversee the development of imaginative menus, profitable pricing structures and processes to cater for diverse market segments, including international visitors and connoisseurs. Ensure innovative food and drinks menus are created using fresh, seasonal and sustainable produce to ensure we are delivering unforgettable experiences for our customers and remain market leading amongst all visitor attractions.

Alongside this, you will play a pivotal role within our leadership team by working collaboratively with our Operations, Facilities, Events and Marketing teams to ensure we are a hospitality leader internationally for our guests. Along with this, you will take responsibility for the financial success of the F&B department and harness your commercial understanding to manage promotional initiatives, reviewing of budgets, incorporate new trends, forecasting and revenue review.
