Am Bàrd, Gairloch Museum’s café, has gained a strong reputation for the excellent quality of its coffee, cakes and lunches, its friendly ambience and stunning views. Our café manager is moving on to her next project, so we are looking to recruit a successor who will sustain and develop Am Bàrd‘s success.  

The successful applicant will:
– recruit, train and inspire the café team
– develop the menu and be responsible for all aspects of the catering offer
– be accountable for budgeting & financial performance
– implement all necessary systems & procedures
– liaise with colleagues within our committed team to promote & celebrate our achievements.

35 hours per week (full time) post April-October, £2334 per month, with opportunity for reduced hours from November-March at a daily rate.
