Building a stronger, more authentic connection between your brand and your community has never been more important. Investing time in doing so can not only help engagement with local markets to generate loyalty, and a sense of ownership, but will enable members to drive domestic visitation and boost their ability to attract and retain great staff. And in these challenging times, achieving these key objectives is absolutely crucial to business success. Our webinar ‘Bringing your brand home: How can your visitor attraction connect with your community?’ was designed to help meet these important aims.

The latest in our online business support sessions provided members with information, insights and ideas to help engage more effectively with the domestic audience without losing their grip on the international one. This event was delivered in partnership with long-standing ASVA members and leading creative agency, StudioLR.

Twice-winners of The Marketing Society SME Agency of the Year, StudioLR has specialised in brand development and consumer engagement since 2004. From strategy through to execution, the agency works with ambitious marketeers and leaders to build stand-out brands and results-driven campaigns. It works with a wide range of big-name brands including Volvo and Jura Whisky and has extensive experience in the visitor attractions sector, working with the likes of National Trust for Scotland, OnFife, Historic Environment Scotland, National Galleries of Scotland, the D-Day Story and the Mary Rose.

Leading our session was StudioLR’s Head of Creative & Strategy, Dave King, an award-winning industry innovator and specialist in helping brands stand out, and a regular conference speaker on gutsy creative work.
