The tourism industry has been particularly hard hit with the Covid-19 outbreak. We need to work together to ensure the future of our industry and our economy. With this in mind Historic Environment Scotland (HES) are keen to work with ASVA to support training, development and support, and to facilitate any industry discussions to allow us all to share and learn from each other.
This webinar looked at the work HES are undertaking around Visitor Evaluations –their plans for how they will engage our visitors to gather, review and react to their feedback in a fast-changing landscape, focussing on ensuring all our visitors feel safe at their attractions.
