During our May 2022 virtual members’ get-together this coming Tuesday, ASVA CEO Gordon Morrison will discuss the findings of our last survey – the latest snapshot of sectoral performance so far this year. Members attending had an opportunity to speak about their own experiences, ask questions, and hear from peers about the challenges and opportunities, both now and ahead.
As the new Membership year gets underway, our Membership Manager Helen Henderson also highlighted how you can ensure you make the most of your ASVA membership and capitalise on the many benefits it offers.
We also welcomed two guest speakers: Bernard Donoghue, Chief Executive of ALVA: the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions, who shared sectoral insights from a UK-wide perspective, and Anne Massey, VisitScotland Regional Tourism Manager, who updated us on the national tourism organisation’s activity to support the recovery of our sector, providing information on how to best use the business resources that are available from VisitScotland.
