Bistro and Events Assistant Manager

Salary: £26,500 per annum, plus a share of any gratuities

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our Bistro and Events team as an Assistant Manager.
Working alongside the Bistro and Events Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Bistro and support the delivery of corporate events. The role includes leading and supporting the Food & Beverage team, maintaining high standards of customer service, assisting with staff training and development, and helping to ensure the Bistro and events spaces operate efficiently and safely.
You will also support event enquiries and client show-arounds, assist with the delivery of events, and deputise for the Bistro and Events Manager when required.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-focused food and beverage environment, including supervising a team and delivering food and beverage-led events. We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable, organised and professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
