Bistro Assistant / Duty Supervisor (occasional)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable member of the team to join our Bistro as a Bistro Assistant, with the opportunity to take on Duty Supervisor responsibilities during some shifts.
The role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders and payments, assisting with food and drinks preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and supporting the Bistro and Events team with events and day-to-day operations.
When working as Duty Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading the Bistro team during your shift, allocating tasks, dealing with operational and customer issues, and supporting the smooth running of the service, including end-of-day procedures.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-facing food and beverage environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a friendly, professional approach. You should be flexible, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
