Supporting the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our Brand Home, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences across retail, bar, and tour operations. As Shift Lead, you’ll inspire and manage a high-performing team, maintain safety and compliance, and help drive commercial success. This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience, a passion for hospitality, and enthusiasm for the whisky industry.
