The successful applicant should have worked at 2AA or higher level and have a talent for making ingredients sing, and your customers and team smile. We will be working in a busy restaurant with the best Scottish seasonal produce from land and sea so we need to see creativity, focus and energy.

This a great opportunity for a Commis looking to step up or a CDP with experience looking to grow their skill set.

To ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard.
To continuously work towards improving sales and service.

This is a seasonal position,starting immediately and finishing 3rd August.

The role will involve weekends and the occasional evening / outdoor functions. Normal hours of work are 0900 to 1730.
