The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident and hands-on individual to support the day-to-day running of our customer service function as the business continues to grow.
This role is focused on maintaining high service standards, ensuring smooth customer communication, and supporting the wider team in delivering a consistent and professional experience.
As volume increases and new stores open, you will help bring structure, organisation and clear communication to the department.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer communication across email, phone and social media, ensuring a consistent and professional tone
Manage workshop bookings and customer diaries to ensure efficient scheduling
Handle order processing, returns and customer enquiries
Work closely with retail, wholesale and warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Maintain visibility of day-to-day activity to ensure service standards are met
Assist with introducing structure, reporting and improvements within the department
Support preparation for increased demand as new stores open
About You
Previous experience within a customer service environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively
Clear and confident communicator
Calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
Practical and solutions-focused, with good commercial awareness
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
