Restoration Yard’s Coffee Bar is getting a makeover! Our refurbished space opening this spring will be bigger, better and even more welcoming. Expect additional seating, cosy booths and an extended service area to allow our talented chefs to expand the food and drink offering. We are looking for an experienced hospitality Supervisor to lead and motivate the floor team, ensuring the smooth running of our new and improved offering while supporting other outlets and seasonal pop-ups as required.

The role? Right at the heart of our exciting new coffee bar ensuring the team consistently delivers high standards, your days will be fast-paced and varied, overseeing daily service, restocking displays & fridges, ordering supplies and inventory, and generally keeping everything running smoothly. In addition to the usual day to day operations in the Coffee Bar, you will assist with our seasonal events and promotions and sometimes be asked to work in our other food outlets and seasonal pop ups. Working hours will be approximately 30 to 35 each week, and will include weekends.

The person? Hardworking, great with people and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, you will also have a good eye for detail and the ability to stay composed during busy service while motivating and supporting the team. Experience at Supervisor level in a similar role and understanding of food hygiene & licencing regulations are essential.
