We are currently recruiting for:
Post 1: Gallery Visitor Assistant
Hours: 7.5h per week (excluding gallery closure)
Wednesday: 10:45-14:30 (3.75h)
Sunday: 10:45-14:30 (3.75h)
Salary: £4,388.06 annual salary (£13.45 per hour, annualised)
Post 2: Casual Visitor Assistant
Hours: As and when required (regular evening and weekend work included)
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Role Overview
Working across our Box Office, Galleries, Cinema, and Shop the role of our Visitor Assistants is to ensure, through providing exceptional standards of visitor experience, that all visitors are welcomed warmly, encouraged to learn about and engage with our diverse programme of activity and have a safe and enjoyable visit to DCA.
Visitor Assistants will offer our visitors a variety of services and information to enhance their visit and process sales of cinema tickets, courses, events, memberships, and items in our shop.
