As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be at the heart of our attraction welcoming visitors, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting commercial performance, and ensuring every guest leaves with a story to tell.
You will:
Create magical, memorable and interactive experiences for every visitor.
Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm and brilliant customer service.
Confidently upsell products to help achieve revenue and SPH targets.
Keep public areas clean, safe and looking sharp throughout the day.
Support the attraction in achieving daily KPIs and Mystery Visitor targets.
Handle customer queries and challenges positively and professionally.
Follow operational and safety procedures to the highest standards.
