We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Digital Delivery to lead its digital transformation programme. Responsible for the development and implementation of RBGE’s digital strategy, this role will provide leadership and expert guidance on infra-structure, network, cyber security, and business continuity. The successful candidate will be a champion of change and be responsible for managing complex projects using Agile and Lean methodologies. The Head of Digital Delivery will build and lead a high-performing digital team, refresh and implement RBGE’s digital strategy, leverage AI for innovation, promote data-driven decision-making, secure funding, manage budg-ets, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in agile transformation projects, excel-lent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to technology solutions. Familiarity with emerging digital technologies, AI trends, cyber-security principles, and GDPR legislation is essential, along with a degree in technolo-gy related discipline or equivalent experience.
