Seasonal role: Immediate start – October 2026

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £13.45 per hour

The caravan park is our most significant holiday accommodation enterprise and it’s a thriving and lively business with a strong and friendly team. This role involves carrying out general building and caravan maintenance, grounds work, housekeeping, security and health & safety issues on the park. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Main duties:

– To be hands on and carry out maintenance duties across the park.
– Assist with the park’s internal maintenance reporting system, to ensure we act quickly to resolve customer complaints / concerns and log recurring problems, which may need long term attention.
– To assist with regular checks on the park’s caravan hire fleet, logging maintenance issues.
– To assist with general estate maintenance issues when required. To assist with maintaining the grounds to a standard commensurate with our 5 Star rating.
– Assist with maintaining the security and safety procedures for visitors and staff.
– Provide assistance to and support to all teams within the Caravan Park enterprise as required.
– Comply with health & safety directives and organisational policy, including regular fire drills.
– Comply with organisational policy for green tourism and recycling policies.
– Attend team meetings and training sessions as required including after hours sessions – reasonable notice is given and staff are paid for their time.
– Any other duties as required.

Essential requirements:

– Applicants must have a full and valid driving licence.
– The role will require a disclosure Scotland check.
– The caravan park is open seven days a week. Staff work on rotas arranged throughout the week. Flexibility is required to meet the changing demands of the season. Warden shifts include regular evening and weekend cover.
