As a Visitor Experience Assistant at Dundee Science Centre, you will be at the forefront of delivering an unforgettable and dynamic experience for every visitor. Whether that be greeting visitors when they arrive at Front of House and processing admissions or creating a delicious hot drinks and snacks in Café Create, your goal is to make our visitors have a memorable and engaging experience. This is a key front facing role that requires professionalism and enthusiasm and a genuine love of customer service.

The successful candidates will be confident communicators, with exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will be enthusiastic and resourceful with a confident nature and the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team, able to multitask between hospitality and administrative duties as required.

The post holder will be expected to work flexibly within the Dundee Science Centre team, with regular weekend work required.

This post is available on a part-time, varied hours basis. Hours of work will change every week depending on needs of the business, you may work 1 shift one week then 3 the next, it will depend on your availability and the business demands. We try to be as flexible as we can and in return expect the same from our employees.
