In this role you will work as part of a dynamic and enterprising Commercial team with a remit to expand our public offer and maximise income generation to support the world-renowned Dovecot Tapestry Studio. You will be expected to gain knowledge about Dovecot and share this confidently, acting as an enthusiastic and positive ambassador for Dovecot.

The role supports the Commercial Manager with promotion of visitor tickets sales for exhibitions and events and retail sales using our Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system, visual display merchandising and operations of our online shop. You will act as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and ensure commercial targets are met through excellent customer service, communication and marketing initiatives.

You will also support the Marketing & Communications Manager in the delivery of marketing objectives including activities across social media, newsletters, customer feedback, website and on-site marketing.
