As a Visitor Experience Assistant at Dundee Science Centre, you will be at the forefront of delivering an unforgettable and dynamic experience for every visitor. Whether that be greeting visitors when they arrive at Front of House and processing admissions or creating a delicious hot drinks and snacks in Café Create, your goal is to make our visitors have a memorable and engaging experience. This is a key front facing role that requires professionalism and enthusiasm and a genuine love of customer service.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will be enthusiastic and resourceful with a confident nature and the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team, able to multitask between hospitality and administrative duties as required.

Hours of work include shifts over the weekend and occasional evening work.
