Quality Scheme Guidance

As our scheme is delivered for 7 main visitor attraction types, you will find separate scoring guidance for each of these attraction types below.  Although much of the core scoring principles are the same, there are some unique scoring parameters for certain attraction types to ensure robust and relevant scoring.  Scoring parameters have been designed following extensive industry consultation, along with a first-of-its-kind visitor survey.

If you are a new or prospective member, we would encourage you to review the guidance document relevant to your attraction type, prior to your first visit.  These guidance documents are designed to support Quality Members in feeling confident and prepared for their incognito Quality assessment visit.
