Julia Sim Business Development Manager
With a degree in Marketing and Hospitality, Jules brings extensive experience across Scotland’s tourism, hospitality and rural business sectors. Her career has included roles with the Royal Highland Centre, Marriott Hotels across Scotland and Wales, and Blair Castle, alongside experience in agritourism and destination marketing.
Alongside her role with ASVA, Jules runs her own sales and marketing consultancy, working with rural tourism, hospitality and countryside businesses across Scotland. This hands-on experience gives her a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing tourism businesses today, from marketing and commercial strategy to customer experience and business development.
Jules is passionate about supporting Scotland’s tourism industry and bringing businesses together to share ideas, knowledge and best practice.
